　　Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

　　Demonstrates thorough knowledge and understanding of SAP FICO based solutions in one or more modules to contribute as a functional team member in consulting, designing, and implementing those solutions;

　　Demonstrates thorough knowledge and consulting success assisting clients with the implementation and support of SAP FICO based solutions and improving business processes;

　　Manages multiple engagements acting as primary contact for managed service delivery for clients;

　　Collaborates with transition manager to assess and implement managed services tools and processes that address client needs;

　　Owns financial components for production support;

　　Develops, designs, implements and supports business processes in an SAP environment;

　　Designs, builds, tests and deploys SAP FICO technical solutions, emphasizing RICEFs (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms) design and development;

　　Adheres to scope and service levels as well as driving continual service improvement;

　　Performs resource planning, scopes and estimates team utilization and projecting staffing adjustments;

　　Assesses risks, alerts and escalates to appropriate channels; and,

　　Manages engagement financials.
