Manage special design requestsand oversees the standardization of common requests. Develops trainingprograms and delivers to internal and external customers. Maintain familiaritywith competitors products and identify opportunities. Develop, organize,and present training seminars internally and externally. Conduct producttraining seminars and Product Center visits. May assist withplanning/coordination and attendance of trade shows. May supervisedirect reports within the department. Coordinate Computer Aided ProductSelection (CAPS) planning, testing, and development. Assist with theimplementation and maintenance of products within CAPS. JobQualifications: Work requires a professional level of knowledge in aspecialized field, which is equivalent to that which would be acquiredby completing a regular four-year college program.
