How You'll Make a DifferenceYou will use your strong knowledge of and demonstrated experience with application development principles, practices, concepts, and theories. Creating and recommending appropriate improvements to application development activities and procedures for assigned platforms, assessing that they are in line with Digital Solutions and overall organization IT strategy. Impacting not only Application Development work but also many other Digital Solutions areas aspects. Assisting in the development of entry-level employees with Application Development responsibilities through coaching, mentoring and knowledge sharingWhat You'll Bring to the RoleBA in application development, technology or related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered5 or more years working on development team in all phases of the SDLC, with particular emphasis on assigned technologiesStrong technical knowledge of an object-oriented programming language.Demonstrated competency with web technologies, including REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, JSON and JavaScriptBasic knowledge of cloud technologiesExcellent understanding of the software development cycle (SDLC)Experience with systems integration preferredExperience working with software vendors and contractors, including offshore partnersSolid understanding, plus application, of various standards, frameworks and methodologiesAnalytical thinker with experience in qualitative and qualitative analyticsDemonstrated ability to anticipate future needed changes or identify problem areas and take effective actionsDemonstrated ability to work with both technical and non-technical individuals in a team environmentStrong ability to think creativelyExperience of working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environmentExcellent communication and collaboration skillsProficiency in the business language for PMI (English)
