Job description: Under direction of thecrew leader, laborers will typically work on an asphalt paving crew,prep crew, or pavement maintenance crew. This position is full-timeseasonal working May through November (weather permitting). Averageworkdays are usually 10-12 hours but at times may be shorter or longer,requiring overtime and working weekends.
