RAYUS Radiology, formerly Center for Diagnostic Imaging, is looking for an A/P Specialist to join our team. Under general supervision is responsible for running Accounts Payable processes for assigned markets and departments in a timely manner to ensure the accuracy and validity of expenditures. This is a full-time, remote working Monday thru Friday, corporate hours position. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (75%) Accounts Payable Processing Processes vendor invoices and patient and insurance company refunds for payment Matches purchase orders to invoices and/ or gets appropriate signoff before payment Contacts associates initiating purchase order or check request when discrepancies or missing information is identified Codes invoices, expense reports, and check requests correctly on a weekly basis Checks employee travel reimbursement requests for accuracy and ensures requests are approved and coded Contacts vendors as needed to insure proper payment of invoices Logs all utility and lease payments to ensure proper payment Generates checks and reports at run dates Maintains accounts payable files of paid invoices to ensure files are available for use by other departments and auditors; controls access to old A/P files Ensures no double payments are made Assists with 1099's at year end Works with Auditors as needed Performs monthly P-Card audit Answers vendor inquiries and associate questions as needed Prepares analysis of accounts, as required (20%) Assists in month end closings (5%) Performs other tasks as assigned Required: High school diploma Minimum of 2 years' experience in Accounts Payable Minimum of 1 year experience using Microsoft Excel Preferred: Great Plains experience Associate's Degree RAYUS Radiology is challenging the status quo by shining the light on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment.
