  Are you an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager looking for a new challenge? Look no further! Our exclusive hotel is seeking a talented individual to lead our restaurant operations with finesse and flair.

  A little taste of your day-to-day

  Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  Oversee all aspects of our renowned restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.

  Lead and inspire a team of dedicated waitstaff, bartenders, and culinary professionals.

  Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive revenue and maximize profitability.

  Maintain strict quality control, enhancing our reputation as a culinary destination.

  Collaborate with the Executive Chef to curate an enticing menu, showcasing both local and international flavors.

  Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, nurturing talent and promoting growth.

  Uphold and enforce all health and safety regulations, guaranteeing a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.

  What do we need from you?

  3+ years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably within a luxury hotel setting.

  A strong passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences, with an unwavering commitment to excellence.

  Excellent leadership skills, able to motivate and mentor a diverse team.

  Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, confident in managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

  Strong business acumen, capable of driving revenue and achieving financial targets.

  A creative mindset, constantly seeking opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction.

  Familiarity with industry trends and best practices, keeping the restaurant operations up-to-date and ahead of competitors.

  Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and other relevant software applications.

  Valid Food Handling Certificate and knowledge of health and safety regulations.
