　　Job Description

　　Rate of Pay: $20.22/hr

　　The Golf Housekeeping Attendant will be responsible for the daily ownership and operational execution of the Golf Department. This will include the processing of tasks.

　　The Golf Housekeeping Attendant will maintain the highest quality standards in all public areas, assisting and supporting all golf colleagues in assigned areas, assisting with any special cleaning projects

　　Common Public Areas will include but are not limited to inside and outside areas: restrooms, offices, public walkways, restaurant patios, locker rooms and range facilities.

　　Check vanity, clean towels, empty trash and restock supplies in all golf, on-course and restaurant common areas multiple times a day

　　Ensure that both public area and back of house restrooms are maintained and refreshed with supplies on a continual basis 

　　Maintain established cleaning/cleanliness procedures in multiple staff restroom/common areas

　　Smile and take ownership while providing our guests with quality service

　　Practice safety standards at all times

　　Follow department standards as well as assist in implementing new procedures for continuous improvement

　　Remain alert, courteous and helpful to the guests and co-workers at all times

　　Maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies

　　Organize, store, and distribute supplies

　　Document maintenance request on a daily basis

　　Ability to follow directions, perform tasks with attention to detail, speed accuracy, and follow-through

　　Ability to work without direct supervision  

　　Ability to work well as part of a team. Set up and organize workstation with designated supplies and equipment

　　Replenish supplies and equipment as needed during the shift

　　Report any faulty equipment, linen shortages, maintenance needs, safely hazards and other problems immediately to your supervisor

　　Restock work areas for the next shift as assigned

　　Successfully complete the training / certification process for this position

　　Must be able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs. throughout the day 

　　Other duties as assigned by the Golf Operations Manager

　　Qualifications

　　High School graduate or equivalent is preferred

　　Previous experience of one year is preferred

　　Able to communicate both written and verbally

　　Reading and counting is essential

　　Requires basic knowledge of housekeeping

　　Needs to have an aptitude to promote minimum levels of skills and abilities that would create a positive outcome, in a hot and challenging work environment.

　　Must have ability to work with others to create attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with minimum supervision.

　　Must have ability to secure minimum levels of skills and abilities that would allow for a proficient job orientation based on specific tasks and methods.  This is to provide a safe working environment according to OSHA regulations that would protect both the employee and coworkers.
