　　We are hiring immediately for a full time A/P CLERK HOURLY position.

　　Location: MG Foods - 701 Monster Road SW, Renton, WA 98057 Note: online applications accepted only.

　　Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, hours may vary. More details upon interview.

　　Requirement: One year of AP/AR experience is preferred.

　　Pay Range: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

　　Job Summary

　　Summary: Compiles and maintains accounts payable records.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Reviews invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.

　　Prints and obtains signatures on all accounts payable checks.

　　Distributes signed checks as required.

　　Prepares garnishment checks per reports from payroll.

　　Acts as liaison between corporate and branch accounts payable departments.

　　Answers vendor inquiries.

　　Maintains all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and corporate accounts payable files.

　　Assists Corporate Financial Officers and branch personnel as necessary.

　　Prepares cleared checks for storage.

　　Assembles and processes overnight shipments to branches.

　　Assists in monthly closings.

　　Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.

　　Performs filing and coping.

　　Performs other duties as assigned.
