As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join the team as a Payable and Admin Specialist. 　　Position Overview:

　　As a Construction Accounts Payable and Admin Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the financial and administrative functions of our construction projects. Your primary responsibilities will include managing accounts payable processes, handling administrative tasks, and facilitating effective communication between English and Spanish-speaking team members and stakeholders.

　　SPANISH BILINGUAL is required!

　　Requirements

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.

　　Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely payments.

　　Assist in financial data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.

　　Provide administrative support to construction project teams.

　　Communicate effectively with English and Spanish-speaking team members, clients, and vendors.

　　Collaborate with project managers to ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

　　Assist in project coordination tasks, such as scheduling and logistics.

　　Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in both English and Spanish.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

　　Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

　　Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

　　Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
