  Job Description - AP Business Operation Manager, Thermal & Specialized Solutions (TSS)

  Position Overview

  Oversee AP demand planning, product management, portal process and customer service and offer full commercial operation support to the sales and marketing team as well as AP Business Director in daily operation.

  Assume customer service leader role to redefine the process when majority countries step into quota freezing year in AP to ensure zero compliance violation. He / She will manage demand planning, product management and portal process effectively to meet the business needs.

  He / She will also design and execute the commercial operation mechanism to help Business Director to supervise the business progress.

  The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  Rebuild the CSR team and redefine the process to manage the team effectively to prevent any potential noncompliance or operational error

  Supervise demand planning process to maintain the normal operation and search for optimized method to further improve

  Lead AP product management to develop richer product portfolio, drive more competitive cost especially for HFC, improve the business profitability, understand Kigali amendment country level policy and build corresponding country level action plan for compliance

  Drive AP Portal wider adoption while working with Global team for the implementation of any new e-commerce projects

  Build and implement various commercial metrics and processes to support the sales growth and team assessment

  Conduct the annual customers survey with sales team and take corrective and improving actions with other functions to meet/exceed customers’ needs

  Prepare the monthly pitch to present in global demand meeting

  Take initiative to bring new ideas into the business management for both assessment and execution

  Be responsible for ad hoc assignment assigned by AP Business Director

  Requirements

  Bachelor’s degree or above

  15+ years of experience in commercial functions (sales, marketing, product management, commercial operation etc )

  5+ years of people management experience

  Strong leadership skills, preferably proven in unfamiliar areas

  Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders to reach agreement and deliver results

  Excellent business acumen, decision making & analytical skill

  Self-motivated and able to work and excel in a constantly changing environment
