　　Mid Level Animator

　　Fully Remote

　　WHAT YOU'LL DO

　　Create AAA animations for gameplay and locomotion, With a focus on combat for a variety of charactersCollaborate with Design to achieve clear and expressive action gameplay animations that feel responsive to player inputWork closely with the Animation Lead, Art Director, Design, and other disciplines to develop an eye-catching animation style that delivers a fantastic combat experienceWork closely with Tech Art to iterate on character rigs and refine animation workflowsActively share knowledge, process, and constructive feedbackParticipate in teamwide playtests and contribute your ideas and feedback to group discussionsWHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

　　Professional game industry experience as an AnimatorExperience with biped characters and locomotionUnderstanding of kinetics, action gameplay animation, and animation systemsExperience implementing animation content into existing runtime systemsKnowledge of Maya character animation workflowsUnderstanding of UE4+ animation systems and workflowsOutstanding ability to problem-solve and explore creative solutions in an ambiguous spaceExperience enhancing and implementing motion capture dataPassion for working collaboratively and the ability to communicate feedback in a positive and healthy wayStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work without micromanagementcomfortable asking questionsCommitment to creating a positive and inclusive work environmentNICE TO HAVE
