Anaplan Solutions Architect

　　Zurich is currently looking for an Anaplan Solutions Architect to support our Direct Markets line of business. This position would preferably be located at our Schaumburg, IL or Overland Park, KS office and we will also consider a virtual location for a well-qualified candidate.

　　As an Anaplan Solutions Architect, you will design and implement system development projects within the Anaplan platform. This role will undertake the most complex business analysis and software development work requiring a deep knowledge of the Anaplan software program, and ability to translate complex business requirements into elegant design

　　This team is responsible for Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and the implementation and administration of multiple incentive plans and related data required to calculate the plans. As the lead developer, this role will be responsible for understanding the plans and then being able to properly implement, maintain, and update them within Anaplan while advising on best practices and quality of production with a long term vision in mind. Previous experience implementing ICM solutions is preferred.

　　Additional responsibilities include:

　　Manage enhancements to, and processing within the Direct Markets Incentive Compensation Management System

　　Provide technical advice and guidance to colleagues to support the specification and development of software solutions

　　Partner with the business on their needs and building the functionality within the platform.

　　Troubleshooting/Testing

　　Partner with IT on monthly releases

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Bachelors Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Software Programming Applications areaOR

　　High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Software Programming Applications areaOR

　　Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Software Programming Applications areaAND

　　Experience assisting with design, coding benchmark testing, debugging and documentation of programs

　　Experience working with multiple phases of software systems programming applications

　　Experience working with multiple programming languages

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Insurance Industry experience

　　Incentive Compensation Management System exp.

　　Anaplan Model III certification

　　Anaplan Certified Model Builder Certification

　　Strong verbal and written communication skills

　　Compensation for roles at Zurich varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Compensation provided is a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled.  As required by local law, Zurich provides in good faith a reasonable range of compensation for roles. The starting salary range for the position is: $101,400.00 - $139,400.00.
