　　Experience required : 4 - 6 Years

　　Education Qualification : B.E. / B Tech / M Tech with Electrical/Electronics(Mandatory) as main discipline. Other discipline shall not apply for this position

　　Tasks:

　　You will develop test concepts and the associated documentation- Technical lead of a small team- As a direct interface to other specialist departments, you will coordinate the test strategy- You will be responsible for the further development of test and validation processes- Selection of test tools- Resource planning in the test process- Review of requirements documents- Creation of test specifications- Creation of test plans- Provision of metrics/key figures- Defect & Progress tracking as well as Reporting- Technical clarifications- Effort EstimationsEssential Requirements / Skills

　　Professional experience in the automotive environment- Experience in applying ASPICE processes- Experience in dealing with ISO 26262- Good knowledge of Python- Good knowledge of electronic circuits and measuring devices- Good knowledge of the CAN protocol and UDS diagnostics- Good knowledge of Vector Toolchains like CANoe, CANape, VFlash- Good knowledge of embedded C- Good overview about SDLC as well as SWTLC- Experience in measuring KPIs and tracking them- Quick comprehension and technical understanding- Structured, independent working style- Strong interpersonal skills and high intercultural social competence- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with teams spread geographically and Agile in approach- Good analytical and problem solving skillsDesirable Skills / Experiences:

　　Hands on experience on Cybersecurity is a plus- Expertise in test automation toolchain (Jenkins, continuous integration, unit, module) desirable- Knowledge of German- Experience with Battery Management SystemsInternal Use Only: Salary
