　　We are looking for an Analytical Supervisor in Quality Control

　　This position is responsible for the direct oversight of the Nourish branch of the Quality Control department. The position supervises the day-to-day activities of the Quality Control staff at the Madison plant. The supervisor will maintain and monitor all laboratory testing, data entry, and release of product. The supervisor establishes and publishes appropriate quality and safety performance metrics, analyzes technician performance, and help with employee development. The position collaborates with multiple departments and sites to ensure quality material is being delivered on-time.

　　Job Requirements

　　Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

　　Must possess a bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, or microbiology, food science or related field.

　　Must have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment performing QA/QC/consumer product safety related functions.

　　Must have strong leadership skills with the ability to lead people in both direct and indirect management relationships.

　　Must have experience with quality and food safety management systems (such as ISO 9001, ISO FSSC 22000, SQF, etc)

　　Must have strong project management skills, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

　　Must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

　　Must be proficient using computers including the ability to use basic computer software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

　　Previous experience and knowledge of the dietary supplement or related industry and its applicable regulations and standards is highly desirable.
