Description:
Operate pilot lab equipment including evaporators, reactors, and crystallizers
Set up, run, and troubleshoot and perform method development, method transfers, and method modifications/alterations Ion Chromatographs daily
Perform other chemistry based tests throughout the pilot equipment including Ion Chromatography, ICP, total solids, particle size, viscosity, boiling point, etc.
Document all relevant testing and process data
Review testing data to determine what elements, materials, metals, etc. are present to fine tune the pilot process equipment
