JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
This position will support Fleet Management in all aspects of analytical support as it relates to budgets, acquisitions, disposals, maintenance, and various fleet services. The Analyst position will support a fleet of 7,000 assets with a budget of $90M while being the subject matter expert for all fleet data.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze and develop reports to identify opportunities to reduce cost and improve fleet operations.
Build/Run reports with SQL, PowerBI, and Excel
Become the expert in fleet data in all appropriate applications.
Prepare and deliver presentations on costs and use financial calculations when necessary (Time value of money)
Provide necessary data to benchmark Entergy’s fleet against other utilities.
Run routine and ad hoc reports.
Prepare financial performance and trending reports for key customers.
Assist in long-term planning / strategic planning for Entergy’s fleet
Build and maintain cost models for vehicle cost trends.
Develop business cases and analysis for capital expenditures.
Use analysis to identify opportunities to improve processes while maximizing efficiency.

Maximo Fleet
Annual asset acquisition process
Fleet Website
Telemetry
Fuel Card Management
Light Duty Maintenance program
License renewals
Warranty
Fleet Request for Proposals (RFP)
Reports in Power BI
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum education required of the position:
Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business related field required or equivalent work experience.
Desired Master's Degree.
Minimum experience required of the position:
Analyst Sr : At least 6 years of professional experience.
Analyst Sr Lead: At least 8 years of professional experience.
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position:
Analytical skill set with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Desired: PowerBI knowledge
