About Analyst Relations Manager

  CSG is looking for an experienced communicator to help elevate and scale ourAnalyst Relations program, building advocacy with our key industryinfluencers, while supporting sales enablement. With a focus on relationshipbuilding, the Analyst Relations Manager will manage a program that drivestwo-way dialog with industry analysts communicating vision, strategy,product direction, customer success and competitive differentiation toestablish positive market position. We are looking for someone with solidPublic Relations, Marketing or Communications experience.

  For this position, you will need to understand the role industry analystsplay as influencers of enterprise technology selection and validation, aswell as vendor product and GTM strategies. You will work closely withmarketing colleagues and senior leadership to concisely communicate ourdifferentiation to leading industry analysts to build recognition and aworking knowledge of the company and its offerings.

  Analyst Engagement

  Develop engagement strategies to deepen and broaden relationships between CSGand the global analyst community.Effectively communicate CSG's perspectives, value propositions, usecases, announcements, and key differentiators.Drive participation in major analyst evaluations and research studiesincluding the Gartner Magic Quadrant and Forrester Waves.Experience utilizing Spotlight Oz and ARchitect is a plus.Plan and execute events and meetings between industry analysts, CSGemployees, customers, and prospects.

  Internal Collaboration

  Collaborate with CSG executives, marketing and other cross functional teamsto build and execute strategic plans and engagements related to a strongcustomer reference pipeline.Provide feedback on overall product and marketing content and messaging andsupport the global marketing team with analyst resources that can be leveragedfor marketing activities, including negotiating market research projects,webinars, papers, and analyst speaking engagements.Prepare executives and other spokespeople for analyst engagements.Understand and research adjacent market segments and analysts to determinerelevancy and opportunity for CSG.Deliver market insights to guide product development and market approach.

  Project Management

  Own briefing scheduling and coordination.Generate analyst relations content, including briefing documents,messaging, competitive positioning, newsletters and thought leadership pieces.Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to reignite PeerReview/customer review programs with GPI, G2 and Trust Radius.

  Measuring Program Effectiveness

  Manage reporting, results analysis and distribution of all key analystreports to bring key insights and efficiency to the organization.Use data to measure and support program success and make recommendations tointernal teams on how to best use analyst content.Assist with and contribute to monthly and quarterly evaluation and measurementreports to highlight the value and impact of the team's ongoing efforts.

  Planning and Strategy

  Develop and implement strategic analyst relations programs and plans inalignment with company and solution objectives.Drive strategy and execution of analyst engagements, includinginquiries/briefings, advisory days, event sponsorships, analystroadshows, etc.Drive analyst awareness of CSG and significantly expand analyst understandingand support of CSG's differentiation and value propositions.

  Position Pay Range:

  This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for thisposition. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limitedto geographical location and experience.$95,532.13-$152,851.41

  This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
