  Job Overview

  TE Auto China business is going through a transition to product -driven, therefore product go-to- market planning/ execution and application focused marketing to the target customers are essential to the business growth and market share increase. This role will design, execute, and reports on application campaigns, digital and offline activities that increases brand awareness, drive demand, enable sales, provide customer insights, and increase customer experiences, therefore enable sales and customers.

  The position offers a high level of challenge and opportunity as it deals with innovative products at the forefront of the industry.

  Responsibilities

  Responsibilities:

  Product Marketing

  • Create yearly product marketing plan for SPC product line (workout together with team)

  • Build market-to-sales process: Through application campaigns, collaborate with PM, Sales, Channel, and technical teams, analyze, and integrate the marketing assets and tactics of the campaigns, track and bring opportunities to sales or channels to develop.

  • New product launch and important product promotion of SPC (Signal & Power Connectors), product line, including target customer definition, planning, content creation, and measurement.

  • Create marketing assets and promotion with PM for new products of SPC, covering presentation, catalog, brochure, infographic or video, and WeChat articles depends on business requirements.

  Application Marketing

  • Key application focused marketing – message definition, case study materials, content development (brochure, infographic, presentation, sample-box) and multi-channel promotion etc.

  • Create, implement, and measure the impact of integrated online to offline marketing campaigns, leveraging all marketing channels- advertising, public relations, digital/social medias, events.

  Other Marketing Responsibilities

  • Support marketing events and guarantee the overall quality and effectiveness.

  What your background should look like:

  Skills Required:

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, electrical or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience 5+years marketing experience including a demonstrated ability to produce effective communications and campaigns.

  • Strong strategic thinking, product knowledge and copywriting abilities.

  • Preferably with experience in the connector, automotive, tier-1 markets.

  • Strong ability to communicate the value of wide range of technical products in a complex, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

  • Fluent in English both in writing and speaking.
