RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administratively support both audit and legal teams with ongoing activities. Drafting, review, administration, and tracking of service and supplier contracts and related dates. Organizing and archiving the documents related to ongoing examination activities and state contracting. Assistance with data security audit compliance by the company. Attend company meetings and track ongoing activities and to dos. Review monthly status reports for accuracy. Legal research of unclaimed property related issues and applicable statutes and regulations. Work collaboratively with Counsel and other legal team members. Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) is required, Juris Doctor degree (JD) or equivalent experience is plus. Previous experience with regulatory examinations and/or unclaimed property is a plus. Excellent communication skills. Strong legal research and drafting capabilities. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Ability to work under pressure, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
