What you'll do...
The Enterprise Client Experiences team is looking for a customer-obsessed collaborator to join the Global Tech Organization as an Analyst III, Technology Operations , working alongside a team of talented Project Managers and Client Engineering teams to deliver modern client experiences that associates trust to power anytime, anywhere work.
About Team:
Our team is focused on developing a Gen AI/ML solution for Global Governance, Corporate Affairs, or any other group within Walmart needs Gen AI solution . Our team also collaborates with the team in India as the solution is developed across teams.
What you'll do:
Increasing communication, collaboration, transparency, and throughput across the ECE space, managing relationships with geographically distributed teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors
Mentoring new project managers and providing mentorship and guidance to peers and leaders on Project Management methodology and practices
Implementing the Agile project management methodology to manage highly complex projects with cross-functional peers, senior leaders/stakeholders and external partners: ensuring the team understands project objectives and timelines, as well as how their deliverables impact the overall program, creating and consolidating program timelines, communicating overall program health in a way that all levels of the organization can consume, collaborating with partners to resolve program issues and drive mitigation plans, and determining business readiness for implementation
Managing individual project scope tasks/activities as part of larger-scale projects, as well as partnering with project managers across our space to ensure their individual and/or teams' tasks/activities are successfully implemented.
Identifying, tracking and reporting out on various KPIs to help measure the team's success.
Serving as a Scrum Master for one or more teams in the Client Engineering space, facilitating team sprint ceremonies (daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint review and retrospectives), developing and maintaining project schedules to track milestones, escalating project-related issues to management according to project guidelines, providing project status reports to stakeholders and management, managing project change control processes, coordinating production issue resolution, gathering & interpreting data/reporting, helping guide teams towards issue resolution & risk management and providing additional support to the team as needed
