I. Job Summary
Under general supervision, assumes responsibility for delivering Oracle Cloud Applications Security and Control solutions across ERP, HCM and RMC modules; as well as other financial and human resource applications administered within the Digital Security group (Coupa / Kronos / PeopleSoft).
II. Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Other ancillary duties may be assigned.
Acts as first level responder to investigate user and configuration based incidents.
Identifies new security requirements and works with business owners to utilize new/existing tools, moving new or updated functionality from development to production, all while fitting within our compliance framework.
Assist in management and maintenance of personalizations within Oracle cloud. application.
Candidate must work with lead to capitalize on new functionality and update challenges with each release of our aforementioned SaaS applications.
Works with both internal and external compliance organizations to coordinate and validate user and configuration update-based audits.
Maintain abundant sub-production development and testing environments.
Coordinate required tasks during monthly environment refreshes; each requiring different setup due to sensitive or insider information.
Position may require on-call coverage for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A. Education and Experience
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or similar area of study. Three (3) years of previous experience required. An additional four (4) years of related experience may substitute for the Bachelors degree.
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and at least three (3) years of experience in network, host, data and/or application security in multiple operating system environments.
B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements

Preferred: Other professional certifications desired include: CISSP, CISM, CISA
Other vendor certifications desired include: CCNA, CCNP, CCSP, MSCE
C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
D. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities that Contribute to Success
May require intermediate skills in one or more of the following:
3+ years of experience with implementing Oracle Cloud Financials / HCM Security & Controls.
Full life cycle implementations including Design, Configure Test and Deploy phase.
Experience in design implementation, testing and deploying of Business process controls, automated controls, and IT controls.Fortune 500 experience.
Strong experience in implementing out of the box HDL tool, application package migration tools.
Strong understanding and implementation of segregation of duty frameworks and associated mitigating controls and SOD tools.
Financials Controls (AFC) and Financial Reporting Controls (FRC)
Integrations with Identity products for enabling SSO (OKTA) and identity management (SailPoint).
Understanding of Oracle Cloud configurations as it relates to the design and development of automated controls.
Strong knowledge of key business processes, the inherit risks, and potential controls.
Ability to support both internal and external audits.
Experience in the areas of change control, problem management, incident management troubleshooting of security solutions.
Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at one time.
Ability to communicate both written and verbally.
Proficiency in investigative practices and procedures (forensics knowledge is a plus).
