As an Analyst, Business Intelligence, you will be automating and optimizing data analysis processes with skills including but not limited to Power BI, SQL, Python, Excel and VBA. You will be responsible for reporting and data visualization that serve business needs of Hilton properties, corporate departments and other regional stakeholders in Asia Pacific. You are expected to be an analytical problem solver who enjoys diving into data from various businesses, can multi-task, and can credibly interface between Analytics team and business stakeholders.

　　What will I be doing?

　　As the Analyst, Business Intelligence - APAC, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

　　· Hilton will hold its Team Members accountable to the following key areas: profit, quality, customers, and people

　　· Ensure professional and efficient utilization of all systems and data sources, follow company best practices to maximize revenue, and ensure all commercial decisions are supported by appropriate data analysis

　　· Build automation using Python, SQL, Excel, VBA, etc., optimize processes and build statistical models

　　· Maintain and develop processes in various platforms including but not limited to SQL Server, Redshift, MicroStrategy and Power BI

　　· Analyze large amount of data from different sources and their associated business functions

　　· Build an effective working relationship with commercial service teams and operations to maintain their trust and confidence in the commercial decisions based on data and fact

　　· Support and integrate with global data analytics teams and commercial service teams to drive business intelligence performance globally

　　· Feed ideas and innovations to drive constant improvement of reporting and operating procedures

　　· 1 years of relevant working experience in an analytical role involving data extraction, analysis, and data querying languages

　　· Excellent communication skills, including written, oral and presentation skills, both in Chinese and English

　　· Confident in communicating with a wide range of people, both internal and external

　　· Positive, open-minded and ready for fast-paced and changing environment

　　· Clear, concise, logical and factual in making arguments and decisions

　　· Ability to recognize trends in data and evaluate complex written and numerical information effectively and efficiently

　　· Ability to multi-task, prioritize and balance importance, urgency and resources

　　· Determined and energetic, whilst remaining calm and level headed to deliver results

　　· Profession in Microsoft Excel (formula, pivot, VBA), SQL, SQLServer, Python

　　· R, Power BI, MicroStrategy are preferred
