Job description:
Support the development of country and regional Marketing Plans and Go-to-Market approach for all Latin America Region for the B2B Pharmaceutical Segment.Identify market trends and opportunities in LATAM trough data analytics and field marketing.Plan, track, review and execute Digital Campaigns focused in the B2B Pharma segment based on regional dynamics and priorities.Track and report metrics on digital campaigns for: landing pages, websites, paid and organic media in LinkedIn and other social media contents based on business goals and in strategic segments and customers.Support sales team reach account goals based on BD PS account-based marketing model.Suggest and track Marketing research and evidence generation projects.Promote Marketing assistance in the buying and commercial process, acting as a strategic point in providing content, insights, data support and other actions that can corroborate with the sales team.Support in any regional market research plan and strong connection with supportive agencies.
Requirements:
Completed degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration and/or related fields.Experience in marketing and its capabilities such as: Market trends and dynamics understanding, Marketing plan and P&L understanding.Strong strategic vision and communication. Cross functional team leadership and goal oriented.Desirable digital marketing experience.Previous experience with CRM (Salesforce) and Digital tools (Adobe, Marketo).Intermediate knowledge in office package.Experience or understanding of Pharmaceutical industry Dynamics desirable.Proficient in English and desirable Spanish.
