　　Our technicians are trained to work on all major brands of equipment found in Cold Storage, Food Production Facilities, and beyond. 　　RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Service Repair, Preventative Maintenance, Emergency Services, Operations and Monitoring of Ammonia Refrigeration SystemsCommissioning of Manufacturers Equipment: Vilter, GEA/FES, Frick, Mycom, Evapco and OthersTroubleshooting of Refrigeration Systems and components including; Compressors, RTUs/MAUs, Condensers, Evaporators, Chillers, Vessels, Purgers, Pumps and Piping Systems... including their Microprocessors and Electric ControlsPerform and Document:Ammonia System Inspections,Ammonia Sensor Inspections/Calibrations and Ammonia Concentration Testing, Annual PMs on Reciprocating and Screw CompressorsAssisting in Condenser Change-outs, Compressor Swaps, Evaporator Change-outs, System Tie-insCreating and implementing Comprehensive Pump-out and Refrigerant Handling ProceduresREQUIREMENTS:

　　5 years experience maintaining/servicing Ammonia Refrigeration SystemsMaintain strong customer service and thorough communication with customersAn Understanding of Principles and Operations of Refrigeration SystemsAvailable for Periodic Emergency On-call dutyAttend monthly safety training and adhere to all safety policies and proceduresClean driving recordAble to Interpret Drawings and Read Electrical SchematicsLockout/Tagout, Confined Space, Hot Work ExperienceAbility to isolate, LOTO, and pump-out of ammonia refrigeration equipmentAbility to read and understand PandIDs and SOPsBasic Knowledge in Pneumatic and Automatic Equipment Operations; Compressed Air Systems, Compressors and Air Dryers (not required but beneficial)Basic Knowledge in Boiler Operation, Wastewater, and Process Machinery (not required but beneficial)PLEASE NOTE ANY CONTINTUED EDUCATION:
