* Aircraft Sheetmetal Mechanic *

　　This is an opportunity to get hands on experience in the aerospace industry working on structural aircraft components for The Department of Defense.  Mission Support has a proven track record of providing the Air Force and Army with on time, quality products.  Great starting pay and full benefits. 

　　Core Responsibilities:

　　·         Remove, repair, fabricate, replace aircraft parts and fasteners for structural components

　　·         Cut, form, fit, drill, buff and install fasteners

　　·         Shoot and buck rivets to specification

　　·         Follow traveler/work instruction and ensure each step is complete and accurate

　　·         Determine what parts need repair or replace

　　·         Understand quality requirements

　　·         Work safely and responsibly

　　Preferred:

　　·         Experience in automotive, aerospace, HVAC, maintenance, welding or similar fabrication industry

　　·         Ability to work with a variety of pneumatic, electric and manual tools 

　　·         Ability to read blueprints

　　·         Rivet installation experience

　　Required:

　　·         Dependable employee that has good work ethic and a positive attitude

　　·         Willing learner, guidance and training will be provided by advanced sheet metal mechanics 

　　·         High school diploma or equivalent
