Need 6 full time, temporary, seasonal Agricultural Equipment Operators to work in Kennedy, MN. From: 02/27/2024 to 12/15/2024 Work: 48 hrs./week, Mon.- Sat. 8 hrs./day All hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of time and a half. JOB DUTIES: Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc, and drill to tractor. Till soil, plant and cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment. Work performed requires extensive pushing, pulling, sitting, walking, and repetitive movements. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here at his sole discretion. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum (3) months experience; must be able to lift 60 lbs.; must be able to obtain driver's license within 30 days of hire; able to perform work requiring extensive pushing, pulling, sitting, walking, and repetitive movements; no minimum education requirement.
