Need 4 full time, temporary, seasonal Ag. Equipment Operators to work in Fisher, MN. From: 02/29/2024 to 11/30/2024 Work: 40 hrs./week, Mon.-Fri. 8 hrs./day As required for all workers in Minnesota, hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay. JOB DUTIES: Mix specific materials or chemical and dump solutions or seed in planter or sprayer machinery. observe and detect equipment malfunctions Manipulate controls to set, activate and adjust machinery. Load and unload crops or containers of materials, manually or using conveyors, handtrucks, forklifts, or transfer augers. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Three (3) months experience in job duties listed; Class D Driver's License; Must be able to perform work requiring exposure to extreme temperatures, extensive pushing, pulling, sitting, walking, frequent stooping or bending over, and repetitive movements. Be able to lift 50lbs. No HS Diploma/GED required. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
