We need seasonalemployees to assist with all aspects of raising these crops. Employeeswill be required to plant crop in the spring, irrigate crop during thegrowing season, harvesting the crop in the fall and hauling the crops tostorage from the fields after harvest. Employees will need to assistwith pre-and post-season maintenance on equipment. Employees will alsoneed to assist with manure hauling/spreading on the fields as well asstockpiling. Employees will need to complete routine repairs andmaintenance on equipment. Employer may provide pay increases forperformance, longevity and/or experience at employers discretion.Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract atthe employers discretion.

　　Housing is provided. Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence isalso offered. Transportation will be provided at no cost to workers,from employer-provided housing and, if applicable, centralized pick-uppoints to the places of employment at the beginning of each workday andback at the end of each work day.
