　　Job Description: An Agile Project Manager Requires deep knowledge andunderstanding of Agile methodology and Scrum principles. It involvesoverseeing the entire development process of a project from initiation tocompletion. An Agile Project Manager role requires close collaboration withstakeholders and team members, setting and managing expectations, andensuring timely delivery of results.* Works to build a high-performing product delivery team.* Works as a servant-leader to support the achievement of the team's sprintcommitments.* Works to support the team and Portfolio with Program Management needsregarding an Integrated Master Schedule for determining critical path.* Facilitates PI Planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement,retrospectives, daily stand-ups and review and demos.* Function as a Scrum Master to coach team members in Agile principles andvalues.* Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.* Work with product owners to manage the backlog and prioritize new requests.* Ensure stories are clearly defined and acceptance criteria is achieved.* Drive continuous improvement though retrospectives and feedback loops.* Collect and analyze data to track progress, velocity, and other keyperformance indicators.* Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments.Minimum Requirements:(Education, years of experience, specific skills or tools, etc.)Mandatory Requirements:* Minimum 5 - 8 years' experience in Agile Project Management or Scrum.* Certification in Agile Project Management or Scrum Master.* Familiarity with software development.* Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques, cadences, and artifacts.* Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks* Excellent communication and servant leadership skills* Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability* Outstanding organizational skills* Degree in Computer Science or similar field, or a combination ofeducation and experience that provides the level of expertise needed.Desired Skills:* Experience in an Agile Project Management or Scrum Master role* Experience with SAFe* Jira experience* MS Project experience* Excel experience* Teams experience* Share Point experience* Confluence experience* Agile Hive experience* Box experience* Mural experience* Familiarity with SAP ERP ECC or S/4
