　　Due to focus on providing our excellent customer service, Expeditors Ho Chi Minh City is recruiting Agent – Customs Brokerage (physical runner) as below:

　　Work with customer to prepare & declare documents for inbound and outbound customs clearance.

　　Do customs entry registration, physical inspection, customs liquidation at terminal.

　　Do customs entry filing (if request)

　　Receive/deliver document from customer side, carrier, agent, to customs office or to Airport/ Sea Port. Travel to provinces as per assignment.

　　Contact with truckers to follow up pick-up/ arrange delivery shipment.

　　Monitor daily reports together with Customs Brokerage office team (if request)

　　Be able to build up relationship with customers harmoniously.

　　Understand customers' business features, update new regulation from customs/ government authority.

　　Retain business and/ or develop new opportunities from customer.

　　Be responsible for handling additional request besides customs clearance such as getting certificate of culture, quality, etc.

　　Seek improvement opportunities of service performance, communication, work process, etc.

　　Ensure customer satisfaction and 100% service commitment.

　　Follow Company Compliance Policy

　　College degree or equivalent qualifications.

　　Good PC skills such as MS Word, Excel, etc.

　　Good English skills (listening, reading, writing, speaking), understand cargo - related documents in English.

　　Foreign trade & customs knowledge-based, experience in customs clearance are advantages

　　Customer service skills and interpersonal skills are required.

　　Willing to work overtime, as required.

　　Able to work well in team, under high pressure and tight deadline.

　　Good problem-solving skills

　　Good communication and time management skills.

　　Be proactive, honest, integrity, mindful and eager to learn new things.
