Need 2 full time, temporary, seasonal Ag. Equipment Operators to work in East Grand Forks, MN. From: 02/15/2024 to 12/15/2024 Work: 35 hrs./week, Mon.-Fri. 7 hrs./day, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours may vary during different times during the crop season. All hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at 1.5 times the regular rate of pay. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery to plow, harrow and fertilize soil, or to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crops. Clean work areas, and maintain grounds and landscaping. Record information about plants and plant growth. Clean containers, materials, supplies, or work areas, using cleaning solutions and hand tools. Crops: Alfalfa, Corn, Dry Beans, Oats, Soybeans JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Able to lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. No HS Diploma/GED required. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
