Aftermarket Support Rep./Business Co-Op - Part Time Multiple Semester

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Primary resource to research and respond to inquiries from distributor/customers as they relate to truck parts.

　　Provide consistent communication to the materials group for the purpose of relaying information to the customer regarding shipping dates, order status, and expediting orders

　　At direction of department managers, work on special field/market research projects, including but not limited to parts marketing and development.

　　Train and educate branches in software use and updates, as well as education of the parts ordering and distribution process

　　Job Qualifications:

　　Must be able to work approximately 25 hours per week for multiple semesters

　　Must enjoy helping people

　　Must have intermediate computer skills

　　Must have good interpersonal skills

　　Must be enrolled in a college or university studying Business or related field.
