Description:Customer Care and Aftersales is searching for an aftermarket industry liaison analysis.The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting, aftermarket service support activities and aftermarket industry relations.The primary focus is supporting the day-to-day aftermarket industry relation activities.
Manage the day-to-day operation of ACDelcotds.com:Provide second level support for the ACDelco ebusiness and aftermarket support centersReview refund requestsReview government purchase formsHandle customer concernsMonitor and respond to customer inquiries to the acdelcotds.com email boxManage issues that might arise with the websiteCreate IT help ticket request and manage to resolutionPost maintenance announcement on site for customersNotify National Automotive Task Force or maintenance windows and issuesPerform export screening reviews'Maintain monthly sales reporting dashboard for managementManage IT enhancement projectsCreate user test case in TFSExecute user acceptance testingAttend code deployment calls and perform testing for sign-offManage website enhancement log and prioritizationDevelop and maintain user support materials for both the field team and end usersDevelop and maintain sales support materials for the field teamMonitor Kibana for abuse activityManage special access requests including billingAnnual service information licenseesSpecial niche schoolsSpecial partnersMediaSoftware licenseesGovernment agencies ie... Maintain "What is TDS:" presentation as changes happen on the websiteFrequent contact with others outside the work groupFrequent contact with others in the industry outside clientKnowledge of the Automotive Aftermarket.As it relates to service and parts companies and associations.Handle a variety of non-recurring special assignment
Qualifications:Above average verbal and written communication skills including the ability to give presentationsUnderstanding of intellectual property practicesUnderstanding of regulatory and legal requirements for service informationHigh level of analytical ability where problems are unusual and difficult
Education and Training:Four-year College Degree, in related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experienceProficient in Micro Soft Excel, and Power point (Required)Knowledge of Independent Automotive Aftermarket (Preferred)Knowledge of automotive service and parts (Preferred)
