We are hiring immediately an Afterhours Logistics Coordinator – Transport/Equipment Scheduler Flex , which will help us power progress for our customers.

　　What you will do:

　　You will be based out of New Iberia, LA Service Center; Working 2 weeks per shift 7 on/ 7 off starting on Wednesdays before rotating to the next - ( Hours: 12AM – 12 PM ; 12 PM – 12 AM; 8 AM – 8PM )

　　Order vehicles to deliver, collect hires as they are required , and respond to emergencies and Schedule weekly inventory cycle counts afterhours service calls

　　Support and collaborate with all other schedulers (workforce, fuel, and rehire) including customer service representatives, Sales, and technicians in allocation of the fleet to the job

　　Organize transport for all inter-company equipment movements; make efficient use of consolidated and back loads to improve vehicle utilization  

　　Ensure the necessary customs and cross border documentation is obtained 

　　Process purchase orders, invoicing, and cost reallocation for all intercompany movements along with supporting data

　　We are experts, which means you will have the following skills and experience:

　　Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or relevant experience, specialized diploma, or vocational training 

　　Experienced supply chain professional  

　　Well organized and can meet deadlines, performing under pressure in a fast-paced work environment  

　　Strong analytical skill with a great attention to detail and execution 

　　Power user of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Work, Teams, and other software programs
