* Aerospace Repair Quality Engineer*

　　We are seeking talented professionals to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment as a Repair Quality Engineer at our northern Cincinnati, Ohio Repair and Overhaul Division (less than 30 minutes from Dayton and/or Northern Kentucky).  CTL Repair and Overhaul Division specializes in composite and metallic components for commercial aircraft and aero derivative engines.

　　As a Repair Quality Engineer, you will review engine components and repair procedures for part repair and overhaul.  Reporting to the QC Manager in Repair and Overhaul, the successful candidate will have the following experiences and abilities:

　　Inspection of engine components.Review/Approve written and illustrated repair plans, bills of material and outside purchase specifications per engineering drawings/specifications.Provide training and support to QC Inspectors.Participate in quality/engineering review of discrepant parts including Cause and Corrective Action.Coordinate new and current business requirements with Production, Contracts and Engineering.Support Production in delivery of products to customers on schedule.Qualifications/Requirements:

　　To be considered for this position, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

　　Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in an aerospace/aviation engineering role, preferably at an MRO/Part 145 component repair station or aviation inspection/mechanic experience.High School Graduate or equivalentAmerican Citizen or Green Card HolderProficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to interact with people on the shop floor, good social skills, and able to work with diverse work groups.Must have excellent communication skills both oral and written.Must have excellent organizational skills.Desired Characteristics:

　　Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering bachelor's degree.Familiarity with GE/CFM Engine Shop Manuals and Standard Practices.Airframe and Powerplant License.Knowledge of FAA regulations.Airline and/or MRO experience.Technical writing experience.Prior manufacturing or fabrication experience.CMM operating and/or programming experience.This position requires you to undergo a DOT/FAA pre-employment drug test for the following prohibited drugs (as defined in 49 CFR § 40.3) prior to being hired or transferred into a Department of Transportation (DOT) safety-sensitive position as defined in 14 CFR part 120[]{#_ftnref1}[1]{rel="nofollow"}:
