About Aerial Ground Hand

　　We are looking for a ground hand for our Aerial Construction Crews. Main duties include pulling strand & fiber optic cable out, pulling lashers & keeping trucks stocked with needed parts. This will turn into a job that you will be paid by production. For the first 2-3 weeks the hourly rate will be $18-$20 an hour for training depending on experience.
