Analyze, interpret and prepare contracts and leases. Examine and curedrilling and division order title opinion requirements. Supervise leasebrokers, manage prospect expenditures and calculate working and net revenueinterests. Negotiate and prepare joint operating agreements, participationagreements, farmin/farmouts agreements, purchase and sale agreements,pooling agreements and associated support agreements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 5+ years of experience as aLandman with responsibilities as described. Must possess excellentinterpersonal skills - both oral and written. Must be able to handle multipleprojects and obtain results in a performance-driven, team orientedenvironment.Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
