Overview
The Department of Buildings General Services (BGS) is looking for anexperienced E-Procurement Organizational Change Manager and TrainingCoordinator to lead the transformation of the VTBuys platform.
The position will design and implement change management strategies,create user training materials, and develop detailed communication plansto support system adoption. Additionally, the position will conductneeds assessments, collaborate with stakeholders, monitor projectmilestones, and guide users through system transitions.

This position is eligible for a hybrid telework schedule, based on theneeds of the Department.
Environmental Factors
Duties are performed primarily in a standard office setting but with arequirement for occasional statewide travel, for which private means oftransportation must be available. Some work outside of normal officehours may be anticipated. Anticipated strong opposition encountered frominternal and external stakeholders resistant to compliance requirementsand/or changes in current procedures, for which considerable tact isrequired. Substantial pressure from deadlines may be experienced.
