VCA Veterinary Specialists of CT is looking to expand our specialty team! Veterinary Specialists of CT is seeking an Experienced Neurology Technician to join our Specialty Team.

Experienced Neurology Technician Responsibilities:

Advanced Anesthesia monitoring

Full Technician Skill Utilization

Collect patient history physical exams

Refill medications refills and communicate with clients

Medical calculations

Venipuncture / IVC placement

Hands Free Radiology (Associate safety a top priority)

Work collaboratively with team members of all hospital services

Provide compassionate care for all patients

Potential Schedule: Full-time, weekday shifts. Incentivized voluntary on-call shifts.

Compensation: $28 - $35 per hour (Based upon skill level and certifications)

Why You Should Consider Us: This role is suited for a Certified Technician with at least 2 years of anesthesia experience in a specialty hospital. Neurology experience preferred. Candidate must be positive, able to assist with case flow, support the specialty team with challenging surgical cases and provide training and support as appropriate.
