Title: EHS Analyst GENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF JOB:

　　This role is responsible of assisting the development, implementation, and operation of appropriate health, safety and environmental programs and procedures to address risk and compliance topics of the company. This includes oversight of compliance with applicable laws and regulations as well as company policies and partnering with all internal departments to make sure all procedures are followed to achieve this level of compliance. The incumbent is the primary contact to communicate key issues and performance to plant leadership and is the champion for implementation of management’s objectives regarding EHS. The incumbent receives functional direction and guidance from the local EHS Specialist. Provide help and assist in all the activities related to the department.

　　RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

　　Program Development and Compliance

　　• Assists and supports tasks and subtasks related to safety, health, environment, and sustainability programs through:

　　o Study of local laws.

　　o Study of international regulations and standards.

　　o Active listening to the needs presented by our internal and external clients.

　　o Periodic inspections of the points established as a priority for the interests of the company.

　　Program Management, Injury Prevention

　　• Attend periodic inspections to prevent injuries and occupational diseases.

　　o Assist with accident investigations and analysis.

　　o Help with preventive and corrective measures regarding the programs and subprograms assigned to the department.

　　Injury follow up and Reporting.

　　• Complete a report on occupational and commuting accidents to the SIRLA platform.

　　• Complete and keep a record of eventualities related to the subsystems carried out in the department.

　　Communication and Training

　　• Assist in the creation and deploy a safety training plan, general and specific, for the different areas of the location

　　• Assist in the creation of communications of key safety and environmental information to other employees as needed

　　Other Duties

　　• Participate with and support sustainability efforts as needed

　　• Lead any external or internal audit that the company may participate in

　　• Participate in EHS conference calls and meetings sponsored by Corporate EHS

　　• Property risk and loss prevention duties if directed

　　Required:

　　Bachelor’s degree in industrial Engineer.

　　Bilingual English/Spanish

　　High proficiency in Microsoft Office

　　+1-year experience in similar positions

　　Lean Manufacturing/ Lean six sigma experience.

　　Preferred:

　　Knowledgeable about local law 522-06

　　Project management knowledge
