　　Job Description:

　　Admissions Liaison - Marketing and Business Development Professional

　　The W Management Group, largest provider of senior living in New York is seeking to hire an experienced Marketer that is both dynamic and highly skilled in the area of sales and marketing. Our ideal candidate is passionate about improving the lives of senior citizens and confident in her/his knowledge of DOH, and Assisted Living Facilities admission procedures. We have our eye out for a candidate that approaches business from both a compassionate and creative perspective.

　　POSITION SUMMARY:

　　The Account Manager assumes responsibility for the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing plan to support the strategic objectives of the Assisted Living Facility. You must maintain strong referral source connections, and have excellent social and communication skills. This individual will have the opportunity to work in the Queen’s territory with the objective of increasing the census of facilities while working with a dynamic sales team that seeks to enable each participant to continuously develop within their career.

　　QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Two years of marketing experience within in the Assisted Living Industry

　　Strong census building skills

　　Working knowledge of Medicaid and social security benefits

　　Business Acumen Skills

　　Experience in executing presentations

　　Understanding of communicating effectively with employees, clients, medical and community affiliates to develop positive relationships
