About Administrative/Operations Assistant

  Financial Research and Consultancy firm located in Manhattan is looking to hire a Temp to Perm or Perm Administrative/Operations Assistant to start right away. Day to day duties will vary and no day will look the same. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small but prominent and very highly regarded financial firm that offers a growth track for the right candidate. This is a Hybrid role -- must be able to work Tues-Thurs from the office in Union Square NYC. Mon and Thurs are remote. Standard work hours, but flexible to OT as needed.

  Responsibilities: Heavy calendar management and meeting coordination across multiple time zonesHeavy Domestic and International travel bookingResponding to client emails and inquiries, answering phone callsEnsuring paperwork is in order for new and existing clientsSending invoices and processing paymentsExpense reportingWide-ranging Personal Assistant duties for the founder of the firm, across all manner of things Requirements Exceptional time management, organizational, written and verbal communication skills in a fast-paced environmentPossesses good judgement and can work independently with little or no supervisionAbility to multi-task and work well under pressure, juggling multiple requests and projects at onceAble to interface professionally with clients, employees, and vendorsMaintains the highest level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality at all timesMust be a problem solver, adaptable, with an entrepreneurial mindsetExperience working in the financial services is a plus but not requiredMust be based in the NYC area and able to handle occasional personal and administrative tasks around the cityBachelor's degree required2+ years of corporate administrative experience supporting C-Suite or Senior ExecutivesProficient at using MS Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point etc.Must be comfortable around dogs Compensation: Paying 80K - 90K DOE + BenefitsBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
