A Place to Be Proud.Responsibilities* Provides excellent service to both internal and external customers by applying best practices and standard operating procedures.* Prepares correspondence, documents, reports and other materials which may be moderately complex or confidential, sometimes requiring independent judgment. Schedules appointments for department staff.* Participates in department projects of moderate scope and complexity.* Assists in training and orientation of colleagues.* May assist in the completion of reimbursement requests for assigned staff.Note: Regular, reliable and consistent attendance is an essential job function. Employees are expected to perform work as scheduled. Please see the physical requirements for this position listed below.QualificationsEducation Requirement:High School Diploma or Equivalent, required.Skills:Must complete Ambassador Program within first 12 months of employment.Experience:2 years administrative experience, preferred.The above list of duties is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by individuals assigned to this classification.
