JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The Ross and Carol Nese College of Nursing (http://nursing.psu.edu) Graduate Program at Penn State seeks an Administrative Support Assistant 3 to assist Graduate Doctoral Nursing Practitioner (DNP) faculty and students with administrative student-based programs, academic event planning, and financial functions while providing excellent customer service. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
Manage complex operational administrative activities within the graduate program by serving as the primary administrator for Typhon Group: Student Tracking System for Health Education and Aquifer: Online learning resource for faculty and students.
Create and maintain files, forms, databases, and reports along with the management of platform Typhon and Aquifer users.
Provide leadership to the planning and facilitation of the student summer intensives held in Hershey each summer.
Assist the college compliance coordinator with maintaining, auditing, collecting, and reporting nursing compliance requirements.
Serve on various committees; arrange meetings, prepare agendas, take and compose minutes.
Assist with gathering and processing invoices, expenses, and financial transactions for DNP faculty and students.
Maintain confidential and sensitive information and materials.
Skill Needed:

Education and Experience:
Typically requires a High School Diploma or higher, plus three years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Flexible Work Arrangement:
