The building and property are already taking shape and we are looking forward to working in a state-of-the art facility once the dust clears.Cell Technician (Rollomatic)As part of a team, the Cell Technician (Rollomatic) is responsible for performing those activities necessary to produce a variety of carbide cutting tools according to specifications of prints and within tolerances required by quality standards. The Cell Technician (Rollomatic) will use appropriate inspection procedures (visual and dimensional), use measuring equipment, and read blueprints to perform in process checks to ensure our tools meet the necessary specifications and quality control standards that have been established. The Cell Technician (Rollomatic) will be responsible for setting up the machines and for making in-process adjustments to ensure that tools are produced according to spec on a consistent basis.In addition to those mentioned above, other responsibilities include tracking / logging job production data; maintaining machine and work area in a safe, clean, and orderly manner; monitor supplies and notify Cell Lead or Supervisor when supplies are running low; be a contributing member of a team that cultivates a culture of mutual respect and teamwork; and meeting both personal and team goals.IMCO employees are expected to adhere to all Safety Policies and Procedures.
