ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST SENIOR
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
Will assist with the Portfolio Management team's service delivery processes and provide outstanding client service. Assist the Portfolio Management team in solving client and advisor issues as it relates to operational and logistical inquires. Act as the primary Portfolio Management team liaison with all Operations teams including New Accounts, Billing, Performance and Client Services.

What you will do
Assist with the creation and distribution of Portfolio Review Books, including printing and binding of books;
Distribute Investment Policy statements and Re-allocation Letters;
Schedule PM client review meetings and assists in preparation of materials for meeting;
Create and submit expense reports in a timely manner;
Answer phones and queries from clients;
Assist with Salesforce entries, leveraging Salesforce to put together client meeting calendar for PM
Set up and clean up for in-office meetings; assists with video conference equipment and coordination.
Must-Have*
H.S. Diploma
4 years in an administrative capacity
2 year basic computer experience required (eg. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint
Skills and Knowledge
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required to communicate effectively with all levels of colleagues and clients.
Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline-oriented environment preferred.
Experience in Investment Services experience a plus
Must be a self-starter with a 'can do' attitude.
College degree preferred.
Experience with Salesforce a plus.
Ability to use computer and various software programs including MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to pay close attention to detail.
Compensation
Starting base salary: $26.90 - $40.36 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
