Due to internal promotions, Network Health is seeking twoOperations Clerks who will provide in-office support to our MemberExperience or Facilities department management and staff. The person inthese roles will have the responsibility to perform a variety of day today organizing, coordinating, communication, record keeping, keeping ofaccurate records of incoming and outgoing mail for assigned departments,and special projects. The Operations Clerks will assist otherdepartments and provides back up coverage for Receptionist as needed.Essential Job Duties: - Demonstrate commitment and behavior aligned withthe philosophy, mission, values, and vision of Network Health -Appropriately apply all organizational, regulatory, and credentialingprinciples, procedures, requirements, regulations, and policies - Opens,sorts and stamps U.S. and interdepartmental mail according toestablished applicable department guidelines and record in QuickBase asneeded. - Performs various support duties for the applicable department,e.g., types letters, memos, reports, creates spreadsheets and graphsusing computer software, answers telephones, scanning, photocopying, andfaxing. - Prepare and edit reports, correspondence, communications,presentations, and other documents. Proofreads copy for spelling,grammar, and layout, making appropriate changes. - - - Responsible foraccuracy and clarity of final copy. - Establish, maintain, and updatefiling system for documents and reference materials. Retrievesinformation from files when needed. - Prepares weekly and monthlystatistical reports as needed. Creates and maintains various internalforms. - Orders necessary special supplies for the applicabledepartment, e.g., letterhead, envelopes, special forms, etc. - Respondsto requests for information for the applicable department. - Coordinatesand maintains calendars for the applicable department. Maintains variousdepartment files. - Works independently and within a team on specialnonrecurring and ongoing projects. May function as project manager orteam member for special projects. - Provides back up coverage forReceptionist as assigned. - Performs other duties as assigned.***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Related Years ofExperience (per minimum education) Required: - At least four years ofexperience in an administrative support role or fast-paced officesetting. - Managing of incoming and outgoing mail and packages. - 2 ormore years\' experience in the insurance industry preferred. - Previouscustomer service experience a plus - Knowledge of insurance principles,claims, or applications a plus. Functional Skills: - IntermediateMicrosoft Office skill, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
