What kind of skills should candidates have to be successful in our AP Clerk positon ?
· Manage daily customer communication and request
· Troubleshooting regarding on-time product delivery
· Handle invoices, sales reports, and accounts
· Must be detailed oriented with a strong work ethic focused on accurate order validation, effective billing of purchased products, and closing sales order process
· Build relationships and perform customer outreach with healthcare professionals and sales reps to obtain and validate purchase orders and aging sales orders
· Validate billable orders have been processed by the finance deadline
· File customer complaints in a timely manner through the Complaint Handling System

What are the qualifications for this position:
High School diploma or equivalent required
5+ years customer service and sales operations experience required, preferably with medical devices
