About Administrative Coordinator

Description We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This role involves managing administrative tasks and coordinating office activities. The position is centered in the telecom industry and will require mastery of Microsoft Office Suites and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate administrative systems within the office environment

• Use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and other Microsoft Office Suites to maintain data and correspondence

• Implement and maintain management systems to ensure smooth operations

• Provide top-notch customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and precision

• Collaborate with the C-Suite and other team members on strategic initiatives

• Utilize the 'About Time' management system for efficient task management

• Draft, review, and send professional correspondence

• Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner and to a high standard. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook

• Demonstrated experience with Management Systems

• Familiarity with 'About Time' software

• Strong skills in correspondence and communication

• Experience in providing high-quality customer service

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency

• Prior experience working with C-Suite or similar high-level roles

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Demonstrated ability to manage time and resources effectively

• High level of professionalism and ability to interact with different levels within the organization.
