Responsibilities:
Accomplish administrative functions in an accurate and efficient mannerMonitor and review time-sensitive correspondence from internal and external customersServe as point of contact for new customer onboarding via phone and email correspondence along with customer accounting inquiresServe as point of contact for internal and external customer needs and best practice educationLiaison with Branch Leadership to effectively communicateservice issuesPerforms other duties as assignedRequirements:
